scholarship presentation award

friday (8/4) was the award presentation day for tcsj..
so wat happened was...ppl came to school dressed up with the code of smart casual!!! it's really rare seeing ur classmates dress up really nicely to school..and i have to admit...i wished we did it more often..LOL
the guys were in shirts, slacks and ties(they looked quite smart..and handsome (=P) really), the girls in skirts (y'ng yiing looked very lawyer-like in her suit and stockings!!!)..and yes..yours truly did try to dress up a lil too..LOL..but i was the only one who was in black from head to toe...most girls were in pink, eg. michelle (she looked sooo sweet and extra girly!!!!!), ruyiing(she looked nice!!!), chui san(she was in red and white, but her top wus still nice!!love it!), li xien (she looked smart but she was the other girl who wasn't in pink..ooh..and y'ng yiing too), yuyee in white shirt and beige skirt(why don i look like that in a skirt???so jealous laa)and a few others..ooh..but i had on long pink dangly earrings!!!if that helps...=P..heheh
anyway..lemme try to test some memory here by getting the guy's dressing down
issac : dark blue shirt, purple tie
nai chen : dark blue shirt, grey tie?
denny : dark redish maroonish shirt, purple tie (:P)
steven : grey shirt...dont remember seeing a tie?
de jun : pink shirt, red tie
clement : white shirt, black tie
kwan chian : white shirt, no tie?
tze meng : white shirt, grey tie
ren jiun : dark blue shirt, silver tie
jason soh : black shirt, silver tie
wen xun : turqoise shirt, no tie
ok..seems to me my memory is as terrible as terrible can get..i think i got half of my guesses wrong..
and to my greatest surprise, i wore heels to coll on friday!!the 2.5 inches one..(about there)..i was literally tumbling off and falling...got a few stares from jon and co. coz su wen looked weird in heels as she couldn't walk properly...hehe...
to top it all off..it wus worse when it rained after coll!!!i got alllll wet...and to make things worse..i was running in the rain!!i mean..i had an umbrella that couldn't seem to shed me from the rain..i wus in formal..and i wus running in heels..under the rain!!!LOL..i'll never forget that day..really..
so i got home..and went straight to bed...tired really..and my feet were aching badly!!!
ooh..and my foot and left big toe were bitten by insects a few days ago...it's really bad as it itches a lot and is kinda swollen and red..i think it'll get better soon..prolly allergic to god-knows-wat.
anyhow, i'll get some pictures up soon!!!picutres of the big day..prolly i can convince the class to have another dress up..just for fun..then again..prolly not..LOL
