happy easter!

yes ok, it's the END of the holidays and it's only now i'm wishing everyone a happy easter.

but i think i owe it to the holidays to actually know what festival/season it is.

you think i'd know of some festival or anything like that if it weren't a holiday??

obviously not.

HAHAHA!

coz the only time i know of a festival is when it gives me a time to rest (not like i don't rest all the other times) or when i am actually celebrating it!
and knowing malaysia, i wouldn't know whose birthday is when and what week of the month it is, especially how some festivals change dates all the times.. ie chinese new year and hari raya and thaipusam and deepavali and what not.

i like christmas because it's one of the dates i can remember. 25th dec.
and tong yuen. 22nd dec.

that's all i know.
hah!

then we have the seasons in a year.
june july holiday, winter break for aussie, and summer break for europe
nov dec holiday, summer break for aussie, winter break for europe.
midsem break sem1, easter (was it easter last year at this time too??)
and..that's bout it.
OH
31st august merdeka, public holiday
1st may, labour day, public holiday (but aussie's public holiday was on a different date, and THAT also the holiday didn't apply to med ppl or uni. wtv. it didn't apply to me. period.)

so, since i know the holidays this time happens to coincide with easter and is therefore known as the easter holidays (As compared to the usual known mid sem breaks), HAPPY EASTER EVERYONE!!

-----------------------------------------

MY PIANO IS COMING BACK AT 4.30 PM!! that's like, NOW!
YESH!!!!

ok, for those who didn't know, the internal "organs" of my piano, (HAHA!a pun!! organs, organs and piano!! get it get it?) were removed for some minor surgery. the hammers basically that are the sole function and sound of the piano were removed, hence hammerectomy..HAHA!! lame joke...

see..

add ectomy to the back of any word( i forgot what u call it) and it becomes removal of the aforesaid word.
example, tonsilectomy, appendectomy, parotidectomy.
removal of tonsil, appendicts and parotids.

so, hammerectomy would mean removal of hammers

and then when i came up with hammerectomy, i saw the word erect in between them, hence erection of........em..
erections of buildings (eh..it exists ok..), your flower stems and of course, your hah hah.

heks.
the things i come up with

tsk tsk

i start uni tmr.
bummer.
