farewell parties.
meant to be happy, but turns out sad at some points knowing that the possibility of seeing the same person once again is quite quite slim. sigh. that's how life is.
so to reach my point about turtles seeing the world...we shall start with the wei chuen turtle. meet the organizer of this get-together held especially for turtle albert who'll soon be off to uk to further his studies. so the plan was to head to klcc for a movie, and then head over to saisaki (japanese buffet) where we wine and dine to our heart's content..LOL..quite coooooool eh??
so directly after coll(
we ended early for the 1st time!!at 1 pm), where yours truly was down with a migrain(as usual..i think my brains aren't right). some headed off to turtle tze meng's car and the rest to turtle suet's car..we were being dropped of at the kelana jaya station where we'd take the lrt straight to klcc. but we kinda had to wait for turtle yu yee at first coz she had to go back to settle some things (hehe)
while waiting, we took pictures and posed for the camera, kidding around, when i had to go to the loo. i went to the girls toilet, and
EYER...the toilets there.....BLUIEHHHHH...
so i decided to just tahan lah..all the way to klcc..to which turtle wei chuen said.."it's quite far from here...u think u can tahan ah?" to which turtle su wen had no reply to, or rather can't quite remember wat she said..but anything lah?? and
tahan i did...LOL
then it HIT me. i knew i was supposed to do something and it kinda slipped my mind. it was bugging me from the back, but i couldn't just place exactly wat it was. and at that moment, i remembered.
i had forgotten to ask turtle albert to come join us for a movie. AIYOH..how much denser can i get?? and it was his farewell somemore..aiyoyoyo
so su wen quickly makes a call to albertsuwen: albert!!!!i forgot to tell u la..come watch movie with us!!charlie and the chocolate factory at klcc
albert: huh??but i just came back from kl and i just reached home. why u forget to tell me??you break my heart!!!!
suwen: sorry..sorry..i forgot la..i dunno why..come now!!come now!!got enough tickets and everything
albert: lu siao arh????i just came home u ask me go out again??go kl somemore..aiyoo..cannot la

and so we headed off to the lrt and headed all the way down to klcc. the lrt journey was fun. took more pictures, joked a lot, talked a lot..just bonding ya know??communication and i dunno..consultation??
well, we reached klcc in quiet an ok amount of time, and we first visited avenue k, a place filled with branded stuff. we saw this...exceptionally
long escalator, and i just had to go on it, so we went up on the escalator and then came down again. sigh.
it's just so cool doing pointless activities sometimes
turtle steven and i then went to collect the tickets for the movie (charlie and the chocolate factory) while the rest went for lunch. i shared a plate of char kuay teow later on with stevie. the char kuay teow was kinda dry, and the si ham....lets just say it was red. like. really really red. i figured they were dunked in colouring, so i seperated and picked out all the sihams to one side. then su wen says that she likes taugehs, and so steven picks out all the taugehs and puts them in her spoon, and then
su wen had a mouthful of taugehs. yuuummmmm
we were quite early to the movies (quite unusual for me)..and so we placed ourselves petitely in the row of seats. i was quite excited actually for the movie to start. i heard it was goooood. so basically, all i did was suck on my chupa chupp's apple lolly while hugging wei chuen's jacket and laughing like shit throughout the movie. i think steven was quite amazed by the movie..he laughed at parts, and even more when the
oompa loompas came on to sing.LOL
after we exited the cinema, jason cheu found that his handphone was missing. so i headed back to the cinema to look for it. unfortunately however, it was already gone even though we were one of the last to leave the cinema...quite sad really for him. i feel his pain. i can't imagine losing my phone. NEVER!!!!!but he seems ok with it.hmmm
then we headed off to kinokuniya to look for 2 missing turtles who went to dota earlier on...meet turtle kwan chian and turtle denny..LOL..
and since we were running late for the reservations at saisaki, some turtles had to embark on a journey far and wide to saisaki first b4 they decided to give up our seats. so turtle steven led the rest of the turtles there while me, michelle, wei chuen and tze meng stayed back in klcc to wait for turtle albert to arrive from afar.
we proceeded to sony wings to play around, and then headed off looking for a present for albert. after we got one, we too embarked on a journey far and wide looking for a turtle that went astray. who else la...turtle albert got washed away by the waves (he was lost somewhere in kl, plus it was quite jam..so turtle wei chuen kinda had to be hero-ish and go save him coz wei chuen is very pro-kl.LOL)
armed with a map and 4 minds, we shuffled through people of all kinds, looking for a special turtle on his special day. ended up at equatorial hotel, to which turtle
albert parked his shell there and then headed off to saisaki.
so we ate..and ate..and ate..and su wen found out that they charge for wastage of food, so then steven ate and ate and ate (on my behalf..LOL!!!!)
took more pictures, and then headed back to klcc, where we took even more pictures..my hair got messed up (by turtle michelle and turtle wei chuen), sat on a carousel(with turtle steven and turtle michelle..paid for unknowingly by turtle stevie), and i got
chased by reporters(by turtle steven and turtle tze meng) while talking on the phone.
quite an interesting day really. should do it again some time. wooohoo...
